When submitting “Reserve Unit” request online, we will contact you withing 24 hours to begin the rental agreement process. Move-in can occur immediately upon completion of all necessary paperwork and pay in full (per term agreement). New tenants must visit the office to finalize and get access code information.
We do not provide movers or trucks, but we do have a variety of packing and storage supplies available on-site. This includes boxes in all sizes, packing tape and dispensers, packing paper, locks, bubble wrap, furniture and mattress covers, rope, shrink wrap, moving blankets and box cutters and scissors. Dolly flatbed carts are also available for free use on-site.
GuardianStore Storage is a climate-controlled facility, and the temperature is kept relatively consistent from 55 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit to protect the items you’re storing.
Billeaud Boat/RV Self Storage is not climate controlled.
We have a 24-hour surveillance system and passcode entry system with access from 6 AM – 10 PM daily.
It is the sole responsibility of the tenant to insure all personal property being stored. Tenant understands that the owners will not insure tenant’s personal property and tenant releases the owners from any losses. Additional details can be found in the lease agreement.
Items not allowed in units include:
- Cash
- Explosives
- Food (including canned and/or bottled goods)
- Waste
- People and/or Pets
A 30-day written notice prior to vacating the unit(s).
Credit cards only (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa).
If you lose your key to your personal lock on the storage unit, we can cut the lock off (with tenant’s written permission). The tenant is responsible for replacing the cut lock and can visit our store to purchase a new one.
If you lose your access code to the building, contact the office.

Our passcode entry system allows access from 6 AM-10 PM seven days a week.
